ETHNIC STREETS IN THE WORLD

・Yokohama is located 30km from Tokyo.When Japan opened trade in 1859, the
　Yokohama port and foreign settlements were also established. Not only
　European, but also many Chinese came here to settle, and made a base for
　Chinatown.

・Now Yokohama's Chinatown is one of biggest Chinatowns in the world.
　However 95% of visitors are not Chinese. At restaurants, Japanese supply
　materials and Chinese cook and serve. Japanese and Chinese coexist here.
